Department Response Portal

View violations filed against you and submit a formal response.

Used for payment receipts and response confirmation.

How It Works

  1. Enter your badge number (or department name) and email to find violations filed against you.
  2. Review the violation details and select one to respond to.
  3. Upload your identity document (badge photo or official letterhead) and surety bond or oath of office.
  4. Pay the response fee: $25 for officers, $50 for departments.
  5. Your response will be reviewed before being published alongside the original complaint.

Why a fee? The response fee ensures only verified parties submit responses and covers the cost of SHA-256 hash-chain verification, OpenTimestamps notarization, and manual review. If you cannot produce your surety bond or oath of office, that is itself a matter of public record.
